A small, cottage-like building. Inside, you can buy Potions, Super Potions, and the like over a counter. On the counter, is a clipboard with a list of items tradeable. See anything you like? Tell the store clerk, then give them your item you wish to trade in return for that specific item. See nothing? Write the item you which to trade down and be on your way, if a trainer does trade for your item, it will be sent to your PC.
